As Head of Competence Hubs at AIP Seed VC fund, I am responsible for supporting pre-seed startups in post investment growth. I manage 8 Competence Hubs that focus on areas such as AI, marketing, legal, finance, people & culture, grants, next funding rounds and exits. I am also responsible for the fund’s communications and marketing. _x000D_

As CEO & Founder of VC Ladies Club, a community of female young professionals in VC, I support development, diversity and inclusion of women in VC ecosystem._x000D_

Previously, I was responsible for global PR at Omdena, a Silicon Valley startup that develops AI for good solutions and has over 20 000 AI & ML developers in its community. _x000D_

I also created Flow, a production business offering period underwear based on seamless technology and focused on a zero waste philosophy. _x000D_

I started my startup career in 2017, when I founded Economic Accelerator, a programme focused on the promotion, internationalisation and growth of startups. More than 400 startup projects have participated in the programme._x000D_

Before that, I was developing Economic Forum, the largest business and political conference in the CEE region, where I was responsible for working with corporations from the IT, new technologies and FMCG industries, including Google, Microsoft, Carrefour, Lidl, Revolut.
