Romero Rodrigues is Managing Partner of Headline, leading the VC firm Latam practice in partnership with XP Inc. He manages the Headline 3, with BRL 916 million in AUM, and co-manages Redpoint eventures 1 and 2, with BRL 1.5 billion of AUM. In 1998, he co-founded Buscapé, one of the first startups in Brazil, where he was CEO for 16 years until 2014. In 2009, Naspers/Prosus acquired Buscapé for US$ 374 million, the most significant startup exits to that date.
