Carole Viaene is a seasoned international professional, currently leading corporate partnerships and the non-profit SEAREG project at Ocean Ecostructures with a focus on regenerating marine biodiversity through biomimetic micro reefs. Carole is recognized as a Sustainability Leader with over a decade of experience with or within Fortune 500 companies, (OKR) strategy consulting, non-profits, start-ups, and tech giants._x000D_

In her current role, Carole spearheads initiatives to combat climate change and actively contributes to SDG 14: Life Below Water. Her projects include offshore windmills, repurposing inactive oil platforms, and converting environmental (biodiversity) data into (marine) natural capital._x000D_

Beyond her role at Ocean Ecostructures, Carole also took on the temporary position of directing the World Ocean Council HQ in Barcelona, showcasing her commitment to global initiatives focused on Corporate Ocean Responsibility._x000D_

A fluent speaker of five languages, Carole is an accomplished author, speaker, and SDG Advocate. Her career spans diverse sectors, and holding an ICF-Certified PCC Coach credential, Carole has accumulated over 3000 hours of coaching, combining her professional acumen with a dedication to empathy, well-being, and leadership development._x000D_
