Gilad has been leading social ventures for over 15 years, presently as executive director for the NatureX Foundation, a multi-initiative nonprofit venture studio accelerating humanity’s return to effective coexistence with the rest of nature. The foundation is most known for its works as the
Nature Tech Collective (NTC), a community-led field building organization now boasting over 180 members from across the private sector, NGO and finance sectors. Additionally, NatureX is incubating several technology solutions and early-stage funds.
Additionally, Gilad sits on the leadership board for Business for Nature, He also Speaks, writes and teaches on the subject of nature and entrepreneurship.
He earned his EMSc in Social Business from the London School of Economics, and an MA in Comparative History from Brandeis University. He now resides in Portugal with his wife and two young boys.
