Yes. Every pass category gives access to all three days of the event: April 14, 15 and 16, 2027.

Yes. Tickets are issued in the attendee’s name and are for personal use only.

Tickets must be purchased exclusively on the official South Summit Brazil website and authorized channels. The event is not responsible for tickets bought from third parties.

No. Under Brazilian law, half-price tickets apply only to entertainment venues and establishments that hold musical, artistic, circus, theatre and film shows, social, recreational and cultural activities, sports venues and other leisure, culture and entertainment activities. Corporate events do not fall under these cases.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card. With a credit card, the purchase can be split into up to three interest-free installments.

The invoice (nota fiscal) is issued automatically with the details entered at purchase and sent within 10 business days. For billing questions, email faturamento@southsummitbrazil.com.

Yes. Cancellation is accepted when requested within seven calendar days of purchase and at least 48 hours before the first day of the event, with no exceptions. For group purchases, cancelling one registration cancels every ticket in the group, and the purchase must be made again at the current batch price. The request must be sent by the buyer to info@southsummitbrazil.com.

Yes. A ticket can be transferred once, as long as the request is made at least 30 days before the event.

No. Since the ticket is personal, the same person must use it throughout the event. A transfer is allowed only once and within the set deadline.

Upgrades are allowed by paying the difference at the current batch price. Downgrades are not allowed.

Sales during the event days will depend on capacity, availability and the current batch.

No. Different ticket categories must be bought separately, with one transaction per category.

Check the reason with your card issuer or bank and try the purchase again.

No. Once the purchase is complete, the payment method cannot be changed. To use another method, the purchase must be cancelled within the standard cancellation period and a new transaction made.

Download the official South Summit Brazil app and open your individual QR code. On event day, show the QR code at check-in to validate it and collect your access badge.

Check-in dates, locations and times will be sent to attendees and announced on the official channels before the event.

No. Badges must be collected by the attendees themselves, showing the individual QR code in the app and a photo ID. Badges cannot be collected on behalf of others.

Go to the check-in desk. The rules for a replacement, required documents and any fee will be announced at event check-in.

Directions, recommended transport options and entrance information will be published before the event.

Information on nearby parking, availability, hours, prices and mobility alternatives will be published on the official channels.

If hotel partnerships are made, the hotels, benefits, deadlines and booking methods will be published on the official website.

There is no minimum age to attend South Summit Brazil. Minors may attend, following the specific ticket, supervision and authorization rules for each age group.

It depends on the age group:

• Up to 11: no ticket or registration is required.
• 12 to 14: a ticket or registration is required, except when a complimentary pass is granted.
• 15 to 17: a ticket or registration is required, except when a complimentary pass is granted.

Yes. Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) interpreters will be available on 6 stages. Simultaneous Portuguese–English translation will be available through the official South Summit Brazil app.

Yes. Guide dogs are allowed to enter and stay, as provided by Brazilian Federal Law No. 11,126/2005 and Decree No. 5,904/2006, ensuring access for visually impaired people accompanied by their dogs.

Yes. The event will have a food court.

Yes. After the event, the certificate is sent to the attendee’s registered email within 10 business days.

The event will have Wi-Fi internet access in specific areas.

No. South Summit Brazil 2027 sessions will not be streamed live. The program can only be followed in person during the event.

Items that may pose a risk to the safety or well-being of attendees are not allowed, including:

• Pointed, piercing or cutting objects, such as scissors, box cutters, tweezers, nail clippers, knives and pocketknives;
• Firearms or any other objects that could be used as a weapon;
• Fireworks or noise-making devices;
• Illegal substances and drug paraphernalia;
• Aerosol or paint cans;
• Flags with poles;
• Glass containers, cans or containers with liquids;
• Chairs, benches or seats with a rigid frame;
• Styrofoam boxes, coolers or similar containers for food and drinks;
• Skateboards, bicycles, kick scooters, scooters, motorcycles or other motorized or non-motorized vehicles, except mobility equipment used by people with disabilities;
• Motorcycle helmets and similar;
• Laser pens or pointers;
• Other materials or objects that may cause injury or pose a safety risk.

The security team may restrict other items considered inappropriate or potentially dangerous.

Only food in its original, sealed packaging is allowed, in line with the event safety rules.

Drinks or liquids in glass containers, cans or other packaging that may pose a safety risk are not allowed, nor are coolers, styrofoam boxes or similar containers for food and drinks.

Personal-use equipment may be allowed, as long as it does not compromise the safety, circulation or experience of other attendees.

Professional cameras, drones, tripods, professional audio or lighting equipment and other large equipment may require prior authorization from the organizers or specific accreditation.
