Iarlen Wilke Machado holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Business Management from the Dom Cabral Foundation (FDC).
He has worked in the corporate market for almost 20 years, having held strategic positions in large manufacturing and food retail companies in Rio Grande do Sul. He is currently the Executive Director of Miolo Wine Group, one of the leading companies in the country's wine sector.
He has also been a university professor at the main educational institutions in the Serra Gaúcha region.
