Diego Gazaro holds a PhD, including a research period at UNIBO (Italy), and a Master’s degree in Administration with an emphasis on Innovation, Technology and Sustainability (UFRGS). He also holds an MBA in Financial Management (FGV) and a Bachelor’s degree in Administration (UPF). He is Managing Partner at Diez – Gestão e Inovação, Advisor in the ALI Ecosystems Program (SEBRAE/RS), researcher at Atitus, MBA professor, and Ambassador at the Associação Gaúcha de Startups. Previously, he served as CEO at Instituto Aliança Empresarial, member of the Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship Advisory Committee at FAPERGS, coordinator of the Center for Research, Technology and Digital Innovation at Atitus, and innovation manager in the Government of Rio Grande do Sul and at Zenit Park/UFRGS. He has also served as Local Leader at the South Summit Brazil and Community Leader at InovAtiva Brasil, the largest startup acceleration program in Latin America, and has received recognitions such as Outstanding Innovation Professional by the Government of Rio Grande do Sul and Outstanding Local Leader at South Summit Brazil, among others.
