Paola began her career at Unilever, where she spent over a decade leading regional and global brand strategies, large-scale innovations, and award-winning campaigns. Since 2022 at Ambev, she is currently Marketing Director at Zé Delivery, leading the brand’s development and expansion anchored in cultural relevance.
