Patricia Ellen da Silva is an entrepreneur and expert in low-carbon economy and nature-based solutions. She is the Managing Partner of Systemiq LatAm, Co-founder of AYA Earth Partners and Former Secretary of Economic Development, Science, and Technology for the State of São Paulo. She was President of Optum in Brazil, a healthcare technology company within the United Health group. Former partner at McKinsey & Company and leader of the Public Sector practice. She was a member of the Economic and Social Development Council of the Presidency of the Republic, co-founded the Agora Movement, and was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2016. She participated in several local and global climate-related events, such as the Amazon Summit previews, Climate Week NYC & London, WCF London 2025, and every conference as of COP27. Together with seven other organizations, she organized the first Climate Finance Forum in Brazil, which was part of the 2024 G20 program. Patricia worked as an analyst for CNN Brasil, where she made comments weekly on topics related to COP30, climate change and green business in 2025. She holds a degree in Business Administration from FEA-USP, a Master Degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from INSEAD.
