Presidente / Fundador

Claudio Goldsztein is Managing Partner at Goldsztein Patrimonial, with over 30 years of experience in the real estate market. He holds a Law degree and a specialization in Marketing. Alongside his business career, he has built a strong track record in the third sector and business associations. He served two terms as President of ADVB-RS, is currently a board member, founder of the Rio Grande do Sul chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) — one of the world’s leading entrepreneurial networks — and a member of the Advisory Board of Federasul. He is the founder and President of Instituto Cultural Floresta (ICF), an organization recognized nationwide for its social impact initiatives. In 2018, ICF made a private donation of R$15 million in equipment to public security forces in Rio Grande do Sul, without tax incentives. This initiative helped drive the creation of PISEG/RS, an innovative funding model that has already enabled over R$300 million in investments. During the pandemic, he led initiatives over two years that mobilized more than R$60 million, supporting over 400 municipalities across the state. During the floods of 2023 and especially in the 2024 crisis, he led one of the largest private disaster response operations in the region. In the first days, ICF deployed over R$10 million in rescue equipment and support infrastructure, including the distribution of more than 300 Starlink antennas. The organization operated a 24/7 distribution center for six months, managing tens of thousands of tons of donations and supporting more than 200 shelters across 80 municipalities. Currently, he continues to lead initiatives focused on public education and safety, including the construction of new early childhood education schools in vulnerable regions.
