Fernando Miranda is the current CEO of Neon and has been with the company since 2023. With over two decades of executive experience, he is recognized for his rare ability to combine traditional banking expertise with the speed and innovation of technology companies. His career includes roles at financial market giants such as Santander, CitiBank, and American Express, as well as senior leadership positions in the digital ecosystem, including Vice President of Investments at Nubank and CEO at Easynvest and Webmotors. Beyond his significant impact in Brazil, Fernando has built a robust international career over more than 10 years. With experience in the United States, Finland, and Sweden, he served as Country Manager and CEO of digital banking operations abroad.
An economist graduated from USP, he holds an MBA in Finance from IBMEC and certification from the President's Program at Harvard. Leading the digital bank, a Brazilian unicorn, his focus is on generating a sustainable impact on the financial lives of over 32 million customers, while ensuring the company's growth and continued leadership.
