Gonzalo Martínez is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of LAN Accelerator, Paraguay’s first venture-backed accelerator and early-stage fund focused on scaling high-potential startups across Latin America. Through LAN, Gonzalo leads programs that combine acceleration, venture capital, and cross-border market access, supporting founders from pre-seed to seed stages and enabling soft-landing and expansion into new regional and global markets. He has worked hands-on with dozens of startups across multiple industries, helping them validate business models, structure investment rounds, and build scalable go-to-market strategies. A Hult Prize Global Winner and mentor, Gonzalo is deeply committed to strengthening the Latin American innovation ecosystem by bridging founders, capital, and opportunity. He actively collaborates with investors, corporates, and institutions across the region and regularly speaks on entrepreneurship, venture capital, and ecosystem development.
