Regina Durante is the Vice President of People, Sustainability, and Institutional Relations at Lojas Renner S.A., which encompasses the brands Renner, Camicado, Youcom, Ashua, the financial institution Realize, and the Repassa platform. At the company since 2018, she leads the department responsible for managing over 23,000 employees, as well as the ESG strategy and institutional relations. A Wharton-trained CHRO, the executive also holds an MBA in Administration, Business, and Marketing from Ibmec, with specializations from the University of California, Berkeley, and the Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André in São Paulo. With a career spanning over 20 years and extensive experience in topics such as digital transformation, succession planning, employer branding, and people analytics, Regina has held prominent positions at companies such as HP, Banco Santander, BrasilPrev, and Serasa.
