Carolina Turcato brings over ten years of experience in innovation ecosystems, public–private partnerships, and EU-level programmes. She acts as Manager at EurA Innovation Ecosystems, where she works with startups and ecosystem builders to access funding, connect internationally, and scale impact. At SPIDER project, Carolina is responsible for the implementation of the Twinning Programme and international cooperation between EU and LAC in implementing bilateral dialogues in digital technologies.
