Conrado is the COO of Mana Tech, where he leads initiatives to connect innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems across Latin America with the North American market. He holds a degree in Business Administration, an MBA in Finance from FGV, and an additional MBA from MIT.
With over 15 years of experience in strategic planning and business development, Conrado previously served as Head of Operations at Kovi Tecnologia, a Series B mobility startup that raised USD $195 million, scaled to more than 1,600 employees, and managed a fleet of 23,000 vehicles, impacting over 20,000 families across Latin America.
Throughout his career, he has worked at major corporations such as Ambev, where he was a Distribution Center Manager, as well as as an entrepreneur in the import sector and a consultant specializing in business turnarounds and corporate restructuring.
Today, he is dedicated to building strategic bridges for the entry and expansion of Latin American companies into the U.S. market, positioning Miami as an innovation hub that connects the Americas.
