Head
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He holds a specialization in International Negotiation Strategies from the Center for Americas Studies – Cândido Mendes University, an MBA in Telecommunications Management from FGV-RJ, and a Professional Master’s in Intellectual Property and Innovation from INPI. Having previously worked in Billing, Collection, and Regulation at the Telefónica Group, he has been with Finep since 2001. Between 2003 and 2011, he served as an Analyst in the International Cooperation Coordination and later managed the Department of Engineering, Metal-mechanics, Equipment, Transport, and Services (DMES) from 2013 to 2014 and from 2017 to 2024. In this role, he was responsible for the promotion, analysis, and monitoring of innovation projects in sectors such as capital goods, durable goods, retail, and land transport, including the execution of the Finep 2030 Business Program. After working in Finep's Planning Area within the Department of New Products and Corporate Management (DGPI) between 2024 and 2025, he took over as Head of the International Cooperation Department (DCIN) in November 2025.
