Adriana Costa has more than two decades of experience in leadership positions across Brazil and Latin America. Her career spans the healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and industrial systems sectors, with tenures at industry giants such as Siemens Healthineers, Johnson & Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline, and General Electric. Holding a postgraduate degree in Marketing from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), Adriana possesses extensive expertise in leading highly complex businesses, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and managing diverse teams and cultures. In 2022, she took over as Managing Director of Siemens Healthineers Brazil with the mission of driving personalized and precision medicine, positively transforming the patient journey, and accelerating operational and digital excellence. In 2025, she expanded her leadership to the Advanced Therapies area for Latin America.
