DiversiGames

Diretor

With over 30 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry, I managed renowned Brazilian bands such as Jota Quest, O Rappa, and Armandinho. I also created iconic projects for major brands like Coca-Cola, including Estúdio Coca-Cola MTV, Rádio Coca-Cola FM, and the official 2014 FIFA World Cup song with Gaby Amarantos and Monobloco. In 2019, I shifted my career towards a more purposeful path and founded DiversiGames, an inclusion hub that merges gaming, education, technology, and ESG to create social impact. The project has transformed the lives of thousands of underprivileged youth across Brazil, earned recognition from the UN, and was showcased as an innovation case at Gamescom. In 2025, we took a major leap forward by opening a DiversiGames unit in São Paulo, in partnership with Caixa Econômica Federal. Strategically located in the city center, in the former “Cracolândia” area, a historic symbol of social vulnerability, this initiative expanded our reach and brought digital education and career opportunities to territories undergoing deep transformation. Today, I lead initiatives that combine purpose, social impact, and strategic vision, proving that creativity, structure, and innovation can change lives.
