Technical Director of the State Department of Transit of the State of Rio Grande do Sul and Master in Administration and Business, in the research line of Information Management, from PUCRS. He holds a degree in the Higher Course of Officer Training - Military Brigade (2000), a degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Southern Santa Catarina (2012), a specialization in Production Engineering from UFRGS and a specialization in Computer Science from the University of Southern Santa Catarina. He has experience in ICT Management and Governance, as well as Project Management in public organizations.
