Fluence

Founder & CEO

Luciana Frazao is the founder and CEO of Fluence, a behavioral intelligence platform that transforms digital interactions into deep and effective human connections. She is a pioneer in anticipating the second stage of AI evolution, where systems move beyond simply responding to truly understanding people. A graduate in Industrial Design from PUC-Rio with a Master's in Mechanical Engineering focused on Robotics from Stanford University, Luciana combines technical rigor with a strategic vision developed during her tenure as Global Innovation Manager at AB InBev, where she led innovative commercial initiatives throughout the Americas. Her journey is defined by determination and purpose: before Stanford, she sold cookies and books to fund her education, an experience that shaped her commitment to inclusion and social mobility. Passionate about the future of work and the democratization of knowledge, Luciana believes that technology should empower humans rather than replace them. This vision is reflected in Fluence, which uses behavioral intelligence to make professional communication more human, personalized, and efficient. Recognized as an emerging voice in applied AI, Luciana has participated in world-renowned incubation programs such as StartX and Alchemist Accelerator. In 2025, she received the AI Entrepreneur award in the United States for her pioneering concept for the next generation of artificial intelligence. She currently resides in San Francisco, California, where she continues to build bridges between advanced technology, social impact, and a new model of interaction between humans and machines.
