Douglas is an Electrical Engineer at the "Secretaria de Obras Públicas do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul", representing the public sector in infrastructure and energy projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UTFPR Curitiba, with specialization in Power Systems, Industrial Electronics, and Automation, and is also certified as an Occupational Safety Engineer.
He earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UNIFEI and is currently pursuing a Professional Master’s in Software Engineering at UNIPAMPA. Additionally, he completed advanced specializations in Energy Efficiency (CEFET-MG), Photovoltaic Systems (UFV), and Modeling in Science and Technology (UNIFAL).
His main academic and professional focus is modeling and simulation of engineering systems, with special interest in applications for public buildings and infrastructure.
