Cristiane da Silva Gonçalves is a healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in the supplemental health market and has been one of the strategic leaders at Unimed Porto Alegre for nearly two decades. She currently holds the position of Superintendent of Resources and Owned Services, where she is directly responsible for managing the cooperative’s healthcare and operational infrastructure. With a vision focused on innovation in care delivery and operational efficiency, Cristiane leads highly complex projects, including the implementation and oversight of specialized centers such as Casa TEA — a reference unit for the care of patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Her management is marked by a balance between the development of high‑excellence in‑house services and a strong commitment to the patient journey and the sustainability of the healthcare system.
