Elis Radmann is a social and political scientist. She founded IPO - Instituto Pesquisas de Opinião (Opinion Research Institute) in 1996 and has science as her vocation and background. A sociologist (MTb 721), she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from UFPel and has a specialization in Political Science from the same university. With a master's degree in Political Science from UFRGS, Elis is an advisor to the Federasul Advisory Council and was an advisor on Debureaucratization and Entrepreneurship in the Government of Rio Grande do Sul. She has weekly columns available in several newspapers.
