With a dual degree in Pure Mathematics and Physics from the University of Campinas (Unicamp), and currently pursuing a PhD in Physics at the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), he began his career in the financial market, working at banks and asset management firms, where he gained direct exposure to the main computational challenges faced by the business world.
He is currently a Quantum Computing researcher at Venturus, a guest professor at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in the MBA program in Emerging Technologies, and conducts frontier research at ITA focusing on the foundations of physics, quantum computing, and optimization methods.
He also stands out as a science communicator, with more than 300,000 followers on social media, and is today one of the leading voices in Quantum Computing outreach in Brazil. He actively participates in industrial and business initiatives related to the field and is a frequent speaker at workshops organized by universities and companies throughout the country.
