Board Member of Anjos do Brasil and active in entrepreneurial ecosystem organizations such as ArtemĂsia and Rede Mulher Empreendedora. Deeply connected to Diversity and Impact Investment themes, she founded MIA - Women Angel Investors in 2013, a movement promoting greater female participation in startup investment. She is the Brazilian Delegate for the Entrepreneurship group at Women 20 (W20) of G20 and ambassador for WeInvest Latam. Co-founder of Dinamo, a movement focused on public policies for startups, she teaches investment and innovation courses in FGV's graduate program and is a member of IBGC's Startup Commission.
With undergraduate and master's degrees in philosophy from FFLCH-USP, Maria Rita has over 40 years of professional experience, including 11 years as Executive Director of Anjos do Brasil.
