Materials Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, with a Ph.D. and postdoctoral training from the University of Birmingham, at the Birmingham Centre for Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Research.
After international experience, she continued her career in R&D within the Brazilian industry, working with major industrial players such as Braskem and Solvay, as well as on oil and gas projects at Sourtec. She currently works at the SENAI Institute of Polymers, developing applied research and technological solutions for industry.
She advocates for Brazil as a strategic environment for science and innovation, highlighting its proximity to real industrial challenges, the ability for rapid technological application, and the potential for direct impact on society and the competitiveness of the national industry.
