Vice Provost for Undergraduate Studies and Continuing Education. Full Professor at PUCRS, faculty member of the Graduate Program in Education. Member of the Center for Studies in Higher Education and of the ARGOS Research Group – Interdisciplinary Research Group in Digital Education. Works and conducts research in the areas of Online Education and Educational Management.
