Dr. Fabio Ynoe de Moraes, MD, PhD, MBA, is an Associate Professor and Radiation Oncologist in the Department of Oncology (Division of Radiation Oncology) at Queen’s University / Kingston Health Sciences Centre (Kingston, Ontario, Canada), and a Visiting Professor at the University of São Paulo (Brazil). He is Director of the Queen’s Global Oncology Program, a Principal Investigator at the Sinclair Cancer Research Institute, and Founder of LuminaMD, an innovation and medical education company developing AI-enabled solutions for clinical learning and evidence translation.
Dr. Moraes holds a PhD in Health Sciences, an MBA, and formal training in Artificial Intelligence. He has authored 180+ peer-reviewed publications in leading journals and leads programs at the intersection of global oncology, health policy, and AI-driven innovation to advance equitable cancer care worldwide.
