She is the Founding & Managing Partner of FORWD.co, a strategy studio that helps organizations grow with clarity of purpose and business vision, a living culture, and technology as a lever for the future.
Renata leads the studio’s operations and positioning, working closely with executive teams on transformation and growth agendas across multiple industries.
She also serves as a board advisor at Fleximedical/Kure and B2Mamy, mentors C-level executives, is the founder of a leadership mentorship program for women executives, and an active angel investor.
