He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Campinas (Unicamp), a postgraduate degree in Economics from the same university, and an MBA in Information Systems from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He served as Special Advisor to the President of the Social Security Information and Technology Company (Dataprev) and as Executive Director of Institutional Relations at Telefônica Vivo for 14 years. With more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, he has also worked in public administration and currently serves as President of the National Institute of Information Technology (ITI).
