Lara Piccoli is the Co-CEO of Agencia HOC, one of the largest agencies in Southern Brazil. She specializes in Branding, Communication, and Behavior, and has international experience in Digital Marketing and Creative Leadership. She has held prominent roles as a strategy executive in local agencies, was one of the founders of the Planning Group of Rio Grande do Sul, and is a professor, speaker, and participant in industry organizations. She has worked with major local and national clients and currently dedicates herself to managing HOC. She is a student and enthusiast of Female Leadership in Management.
