Matheus Gomes is a 34 year-old state representative in Rio Grande do Sul. A member of PSOL, he was elected with 82,401 votes in 2022. He has a history degree from UFRGS and is a member of the first Black Caucus in the State Assembly. He currently coordinates the work of the Subcommittee that assesses the risks and opportunities that come with the arrival of data denters in Rio Grande do Sul, considering the economic, environmental, scientific, and technological spheres.
