Carolina Cavalheiro is the Director of New Business and Community at Instituto Caldeira, one of Brazil’s leading innovation hubs. At the Institute, she was responsible for opening the hub to the market in 2021 and leading its growth into a community of more than 520 members. She oversees the business strategy and community management, including the portfolio of activities and acceleration and innovation programs.
Carolina has 14 years of professional experience in Brazil and the United States in the areas of business development, client relationship management, team leadership, and international projects, having worked at organizations such as Amcham Brazil, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Opus Entretenimento, and RD Station.
