Lícia Souza is a Partner at Bertha Capital, an independent Brazilian investment manager focused on innovative equity and private credit solutions for technology companies and middle-market corporates. She leads strategy, legal structuring and governance, with a central role in designing hybrid investment products — including FIDCs and technology-enabled credit vehicles with advanced risk-mitigation and capital-markets mechanisms. Within Bertha, Lícia also led WE Impact, the firm’s flagship gender-lens venture initiative created to support women-led startups through capital, acceleration and ecosystem engagement. WE Impact became a regional reference for diversity in venture investing and for strengthening the pipeline of women founders in Latin America.
