Rodrigo Martinez is Co-founder & Group CEO of Kolors, a leading B2B tech-enabled workforce mobility platform, moving millions of passengers a year across dozens of cities in Mexico for 100+ enterprise clients including Amazon, Mercado Libre, DHL, PepsiCo, Nubank and AT&T. Kolors is backed by Prologis Ventures, UP.Partners, Toyota Ventures, Maniv Mobility, Uber co-founder Garrett Camp and early Uber investor Chris Sacca.
A serial entrepreneur, he previously co-founded Busolinea, Latin America's online marketplace for intercity bus travel, acquired by Grupo Estrella Blanca; and WePow, a video-interviewing platform acquired by OutMatch. Before becoming an entrepreneur, he worked for leading technology organizations in Europe and India. Named an MIT Technology Review Innovator Under 35 in 2012, he holds a BSc in Computer Science from Kingston University and an MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship from UCL and London Business School.
