I lead Lanzadera, one of Europe's top startup accelerators, where we support over 300 new high-potential startups each year. With a decade of experience driving growth and innovation in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, I’m passionate about empowering founders to scale, thrive, and navigate their most ambitious challenges.
Before stepping into my current role in 2023, I spent 7 years at Lanzadera as Project Director, mentoring 150+ startups and helping them accelerate their journey from early-stage to successful businesses. Prior to that, I was Portfolio Manager at Angels Capital, where I played a key role in identifying and backing high-impact ventures.
I’ve also gained international experience in Panama, where I spent 3 years working in a communications holding company, refining my strategic and operational expertise. I hold a Business Administration degree and a Law degree from the University of Valencia.
Always focused on building long-term success, I’m driven by the power of entrepreneurship to transform industries and improve lives.
