Distribution Is the New Moat in the Age of AI

Enrique LinaresAlvaro Martinez HigesManuel Ferreira LorenzoSergi Bastardas
Description
The best product doesn't win anymore. The best-distributed one does. In a world where AI is collapsing the cost of building and flooding every market with new entrants, distribution has become the last defensible advantage. This high-energy panel brings together founders and operators who have cracked distribution at scale, from AI-native consumer apps to ad tech platforms and vertical ecosystems, to debate why go-to-market is now the core competency, how AI is both disrupting and supercharging distribution strategies, and what it actually takes to own a channel before someone else does.
