Maya Noël is CEO of France Digitale, Europe's leading collective of startups and investors with over 2,000 members. The association's mission is to bring together the startup ecosystem in France and to foster the emergence of European champions of innovation serving people and the planet. Maya Noël began her career in digital in 2012 and immediately focused her energy on finding the best talent for fast-growing startups. In 2015, she founded her startup YBorder, which specializes in international recruitment of talent in new technologies and financed by ISAI. In 2016, she joined forces with leading female figures in entrepreneurship and venture capital in the StartHer association (now Sista) and campaigned for greater gender parity and diversity in business. Her associative and activist work has continued through France Digitale since 2019, of course, but also in her role as administrator of the PSL Foundation, the European Startup Network, and Qui Veut Être Mon Associé Amplify. Her three driving forces are entrepreneurship, science, and Europe.
