Nazanin Daneshvar is a technology entrepreneur turned investor focused on the next generation of AI and software startups.
She previously founded and scaled one of the largest female-led tech companies in Iran, growing it from a two-person startup to an 800-person organization, raising seven rounds of investment and ultimately leading the company through an IPO. During her tenure, she also executed one of the largest M&A transactions in Iran’s startup ecosystem.
After more than 15 years building and operating technology companies, Nazanin transitioned into venture capital and now invests in early-stage AI and software startups across Europe and the United States.
She is a General Partner at AngelInvest, one of Europe’s most active angel funds, where she works closely with founders from pre-seed to Series A. AngelInvest has backed more than 200 companies, with 65% reaching Series A — significantly above industry benchmarks.
Nazanin focuses on supporting ambitious founders building category-defining companies at the intersection of AI, software, and emerging technologies.
