Joleen is the Co-founder & International CEO of Squirrel Ai Learning. With a Ph.D. in Intelligent Science and Systems, Joleen is dedicated to advancing intelligent education systems worldwide. As a visiting Professor at The Research Institute for Innovation and Technology in Education (UNIR iTED), she actively contributes to academic and industry innovations. Joleen was awarded 2025 China’s Power Business Women by Forbes, AI Revolution in Education Outstanding Woman Award in 2024. She was also recognized as one of the BETT Asia EdTech Top 10 List Honor in 2024.   Joleen is the founder and director of the AI+Adaptive Education International Conference (AIAED) and holds several prestigious positions, including secretary of the IEEE International K-12 Education Standards Working Group, vice-Dean of the Intelligent Education Committee at China Automation Congress, deputy head of the Technology and Standards Working Group, and executive director of the AI and Robotics Education Committee of the China Education Development Strategy Society.   As a sought-after speaker, Joleen has presented at global platforms such as the 2025 Summer Davos, Web Summit, UNESCO digital learning week, World Summit AI, IJCAI, ACM KDD, ACM UMAP, Slush, TechCrunch, UBS Investor Conference, SFT, Global Smart Education Summit, BETT, and others. Her insights have been featured in Bloomberg, Fortune, Forbes, and the Financial Times.
