Enrique Gavilanes leads Mutua Madrileña’s mobility business as Deputy General Manager. Since 2024, he has served as Executive Chairman of Centauro, Voltio, Aurgi and Reynasa, supporting their transformation into more competitive, experience-driven platforms in open markets, while helping strengthen Mutua’s overall positioning. With previous experience at McKinsey and in industrial development in China, his work has consistently focused on transformation and business development.
