Built for regulatory reality from day one, Hydra is designed around EU MDR, the EU AI Act, ISO 13485 and 27001, and GDPR. We are already in production with paying clients and active working groups across leading Spanish hospitals, positioning Hydra as the reference infrastructure layer for EHDS-compliant AI in Europe.
