Previously, he was the first employee of BBVA Spark where he led asset-based lending and venture debt investments at BBVA Spark, specializing in financing high-growth fintech and SaaS/B2B companies. With more than 20 years of professional experience, he has built a strong debt and equity investment track record across Tier 1 investment banks, venture capital, and as an executive advisor to scale-ups in both the US and Europe.
His career is defined by a hands-on approach to dealmaking and a commitment to supporting entrepreneurial growth through tailored capital strategies. He serves on a variety of boards and is deeply involved in the innovation ecosystem, mentoring leaders and leveraging his network to further startup growth.
