Jalal Gasimov is the Chief Executive Officer of PASHA Holding, a diversified investment group established in 2006, investing across banking, insurance, construction, information technology, property development, and tourism. The Holding manages both controlling stakes in its core businesses (PASHA Group) and a portfolio of minority private equity investments, underpinned by strong corporate governance and disciplined investment practices. Jalal also serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kapital Bank and PASHA Bank Turkey, and as a Member of the Supervisory Boards of PASHA Insurance and PASHA Life Insurance. He brings extensive leadership experience across banking, finance, and energy sectors. Prior to his current role, he served as First Deputy CEO of PASHA Holding. His previous positions include CEO of Unibank, Group Finance Director at “CRA” Group of Companies, Chairman of the Executive Board at Bank of Baku, and Vice-President at Azpetrol. Jalal holds an MBA from Warwick Business School (UK), an MSc in International Economic Relations from the Higher Diplomatic College of Azerbaijan, and a BSc in Economics from Azerbaijan State Economic University.
