Jack Mardack is the cofounder of Oyster, a global employment platform that helps companies hire talent anywhere in the world. Oyster grew to unicorn status while also becoming one of a small number of B Corp unicorns globally. Building on the Oyster experience, Jack has become an advocate for a simple but radical idea: that commercial success and meaningful human impact aren't a tradeoff — they're a design challenge. It's a conviction he's been invited to explore with MBA programs around the world. This session will explore why the challenge for leaders is no longer AI adoption, but organizational redesign in an era of abundant intelligence. It will examine how roles, incentives, and decision-making structures must evolve to reflect this shift, and what it takes to build organizations that can lead effectively when machines scale execution and humans define direction.
