Igor Ryabenkiy is an author, entrepreneur, and venture investor. He focuses on investments in B2B SaaS, Future of Work, FinTech, productivity tools, and digital health, supporting founders on their journey from first idea to market leadership.
Igor wrote his first angel check in 1998 and, in 2005, founded AltaIR Capital, an early-stage venture fund operating across the United States, Europe, and Israel. Today, AltaIR Capital’s portfolio includes 400+ technology companies and more than 10 unicorns, the majority of which were backed at early stages — including Miro, Deel, PandaDoc, OpenWeb, and Turing.
In 2025, Dealroom.co named AltaIR Capital among the leading venture capital funds in the EMEA region.
