Qualla is an EdTech SaaS platform transforming the operational relationship between schools and families through secure, traceable and real-time communication workflows. We help educational institutions digitize and automate high-friction daily processes such as student pick-up authorization, custody management, school dining services, transport coordination, image rights consent, attendance, authorizations and family communications — all from a single platform designed around operational safety and compliance. Qualla was born after identifying a critical gap in school operational security: schools had no reliable, auditable system to verify who was authorized to pick up a child. What started as a single-click solution for authorized pick-ups has evolved into a complete operational ecosystem for schools. Today, Qualla serves schools across Spain and is expanding into LATAM, where the operational and security challenges schools face are even more critical. The platform currently supports thousands of families and manages hundreds of thousands of operational interactions every month. Our business model combines: * B2B SaaS subscriptions for schools, * B2B2B integrations with catering and school transport companies, * transaction-based revenue through integrated school payments, * and strategic partnerships with educational ecosystems and distributors. Qualla integrates with leading school management systems and focuses on one core mission: Giving time back to schools so teachers can focus on teaching and educating — not administration.
