Agentic Operating System for Private Investment Work I am Reia is building an agentic operating system for private investment work. The name is deliberate: "I am" keeps the human operator visible; "Reia" points to the first surface, real estate investment agent. Reia starts there, with CRE underwriting as a live workspace where source evidence, assumptions, deterministic model logic, diligence questions, review history, dashboards, working documents, meetings, permissions, and memory sit in one deal state. Reia is live now. A user can create a workspace, purchase credits, upload and process deal materials, and use the Agent inside first-pass underwriting. The next proof is repeat usage on live deal packages with serious teams. The larger thesis is that financial agents need model-native infrastructure: source provenance, deterministic calculations, review state, permissions, memory, and human control. CRE underwriting is where that infrastructure can prove itself first.
