He has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, with a track record in leadership and organizational transformation. He has worked at American Express, CitiBank, Santander, and Nubank, where he held executive positions. He holds a degree in Economics from USP, an MBA in Finance from IBMEC and a certification in International Business from Harvard University.
