I design, lead and scale international programmes at the intersection of education, youth development, artificial intelligence and behaviour change. With 10+ years of experience leading projects across Europe, North and South America, Asia and Africa, I specialise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects that combine capacity building, learning design, international partnerships and programme implementation. Throughout my career, I have led educational and training initiatives reaching 5,000+ learners, managed international events and programmes involving up to 13,000 participants, and coordinated collaborations with governments, NGOs, universities and private sector partners to deliver measurable impact.
